Create Tenant User

Provision a merchant admin or outlet staff account for this tenant workspace.

Identity

Create the login identity first, then decide how much workspace access it should have.

Access Scope

Outlet users should be tied to one or more outlets. Tenant admins can stay unrestricted.

Required for outlet users. Tenant admins can leave this empty and still manage all outlets.

New users can sign in immediately after creation. If the same credentials exist in more than one tenant, the system will ask them to choose the correct workspace after sign-in.

Keep account creation simple and predictable for merchant operators.

How sign-in works now

Users sign in with their own email or username first. If those credentials belong to more than one tenant, the tenant choice only appears after successful authentication.

Tenant AdminFull tenant configuration access, with outlet restrictions optional.
Outlet UserRestricted to outlet flow only, with explicit outlet assignment required.
Password policySet on creation, then reset from this page whenever the merchant needs it.
Status controlDisable access without deleting the user record or outlet assignment history.
